This hotel was absolutely outstanding and surprisingly exceeded any of my expectations.The sea view in reality is breath taking and the pictures dont compare.The location was perfectly central and taxis were so easily available. The staff members out did themselves on every level possible. From daily room service to complimentary beverages and bathroom supplies etc. Not to mention the rooftop pool, spa, an atm, the gym and our very own personal starbucks in the lobby downstairs. The manager Nadriha, even upgraded me to the executive suite.The other staff members: Fathema, Ashvanti and many more, were absolutely friendly, warm, welcoming, always had a smile on their faces everyday.They were extremely well trained and they really make you feel as if you are their only guest.Having stayed at 6 and 7 star hotels before,I ma to say this tops the list and I highly recommended it to any guest visiting.

room was very comfortable had all basic requirements, sound proof and clean, bathroom was spacious but had bath tub just in case, also restaurant had nice variety of breakfast, though sitting in restaurant is not very comfortable. staff was very polite and helpful, i reached early and requested for early check in and just in time i could have my breakfast room was ready to check -in, they charged me 100 dhm for early check -in which is fair and good value for money. i also wanted to late check-in which could not happen as they were fully booked, but offered to keep my luggage in storage. location of hotel is also nice, most of malls are in surroundings, and one can access many restaurants and all basic things nearby.

Definitely a hotel to keep and consider when travelling to Abu Dhabi. I have been a frequent customer of Ramada..The location is excellent near to shop (restaurant, grocery and coffee shop), they even have a small Starbucks at the lobby. Parking is a problem but they have valet service, so it is no big deal. They forgot to clean my room one time but they make sure to clean it when I called the reception. Definitely one of my go to Hotel brand.

What I liked: Clean hotel, confortable beds, bath tube, 1 bottle of water/day, refrigerator, tea&coffee, water with lemon at the reception, kindly staff. Bus stations are very close and near the hotel you can find some restaurants, some shops and also a shop whith a large selection of alcohool beverages.

The hotel is overall nice, the staff are very kind and helpful. The room I booked was very spacious with working and sleeping area as well as a kitchenette. We liked the location, close to the waterfront and to many of the central Abu Dhabi highlights.
